EXPERT BUSINESS ANALYSES - Data & Reporting

For our Bankwide Business Analyses Department we are currently searching for an analytical and detail-focused - EXPERT BUSINESS ANALYSES - Data & Reporting

The main responsibilities for the position are to:

• Cover the activities which are part of the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Process;
• Coordinate business requirements preparation with all affected business units;
• Participate in meetings and workshops, related to business requirements;
• Support the communication between different businesses units in the Bank related with requests for changes in the systems;
• Collaborate for the completion and submission of the business requirements in defined time frames;
• Maintain documentation, related to business requirements;
• Support the execution of test scenarios, identify, analyze and address issues and defects, appeared during the tests;
• Contribute for the resolution of problems, found during User Acceptance Testing execution.

Our requirements:

• Education – University degree in Computer Science / Finance / Economics / Statistic / Informatics or related;
• Experience in the area of IT Systems Development, Implementation and Support for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of the functionality of banking information systems;
• Good knowledge of Bank’s activities and regulations will be considered as advantage;
• Previous experience within the area of data analytics will be as considered as advantage
• Excellent command in English – written and spoken;
• Excellent technical skills, usage of MS SQL will be considered as advantage;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and prioritizing skills;
• Excellent Soft skills
• Ability to define problems in clear manner.
