For one of our clients - a pioneer in Technology and Operations, offering expert Advisory and Solutions, backed by the world’s most extensive advanced tech infrastructure, we are looking for – Experienced Team Manager with German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team, ensuring policy and procedure compliance;
• Understand the team’s tasks to ensure smooth operations;
• Dispute management from clients and team members;
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback;
• Monitor agent performance and help implement operational plans;
• Communicate strategies and goals during meetings;
• Drive performance and address underperformance and compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in German (B2) and intermediate in English;
• Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in people management required;
• Ability to present value-driven solutions to clients;
• Strong time management and goal achievement skills;
• Experience in multi-system environments and CRM tools;
• Excellent communication skills at all management levels;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on high-quality service.
