For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Experienced Sales Specialist with German or Dutch or French or Danish (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities;
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services;
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics;
• Accurately update and manage customer information in the CRM system;
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
• Provide support during weekends when required.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German, Dutch, French, or Danish;
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken;
• Previous experience in sales or customer support is considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
• Proficient in using computers and sales-related software tools.
