For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Experienced Sales Audit Analyst with German and English (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Track sales incentives and manage bonus calculations;
• Communicate reward updates clearly to Sales teams;
• Design and lead audit processes across departments;
• Audit in-store and digital campaigns for accuracy and visibility;
• Analyze performance data and report key insights;

Keep Field Sales teams aligned on goals, launches, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English – both written and spoken;
• Advanced MS Office Excel skills – confident with formulas, data analysis, pivot tables;
• Background in Sales, Commercial, or Business Support roles is a plus;
• Proven experience in audit planning and execution;
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for performance tracking and KPIs;
• Ability to manage data across departments and present insights clearly.
