For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for –Experienced QA Specialist with German and English (HYBRID).

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate agent interactions on a regular basis to ensure adherence to quality standards;
• Identify trends and gaps in performance and propose enhancements in training or processes;
• Offer clear, actionable feedback to agents and supervisors to foster continuous improvement;
• Facilitate or contribute to calibration meetings aimed at aligning evaluation standards;
• Prepare and distribute QA evaluation reports to relevant departments and stakeholders;
• Conduct coaching sessions side-by-side with agents to elevate service quality and consistency;
• Audit written client communications to ensure quality, accuracy, and policy compliance;

Qualifications:

• At least two years of professional experience in quality control or performance monitoring;
• Advanced German skills and intermediate English;
• Excellent observational skills paired with a strong analytical mindset;
• Effective in giving feedback and communicating with cross-functional teams;
• High precision and attention to detail when assessing service delivery;
• Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with others in a dynamic environment;
• Familiarity with quality assurance tools, reporting, and audit methodologies.
