For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Experienced Online Store Support Specialist with Portuguese or French or Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and other channels;
• Deliver quick, precise, and helpful answers to questions about products and equipment;
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using guides, databases, and internal resources;
• Follow company standards while ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience;
• Use empathy, active listening, and a friendly approach to make customers feel supported;
• Maintain accurate notes on customer requests and resolutions to keep the team aligned.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Portuguese, French, or Spanish and English (spoken and written);
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or a related field;
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify issues and find effective fixes;
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude;
• Confident using computers, ticketing platforms, and support tools;
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently with strong self-motivation.
