For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for a Experienced Customer Service Expert with German or French or Romanian or Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat;
• Conduct outbound calls, including cold calling, when required;
• Assist users with inquiries related to a financial platform;
• Support and manage customer interactions across social media channels;
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction;
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• C1 level in German or French or Romanian or Spanish;
• B2 level in English;
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a customer-facing role;
• Experience in phone, email, chat support, and cold calling;
• Familiarity with financial platforms or fintech services is an advantage;
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
