For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for - Experienced AP Coordinator with French and English (Hybrid shifts).

For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for - Experienced AP Coordinator with French and English (Hybrid shifts).
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve invoice issues promptly, ensuring effective follow-up with vendors and
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AP processes to boost efficiency and accuracy;
- Ensure suppliers are paid correctly and on time in accordance with company policies;
- Monitor AP activities to prevent booking errors and payment delays;
- Oversee document flow to support timely and compliant processing;
- Maintain adherence to internal controls, SOX regulations, and company standards;
- Train new employees and assist colleagues with system and process-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken;
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Minimum two years of experience in AP, STP, or similar roles in a corporate or shared
- Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay and AP processes;
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
