YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Contribute to the implementation of the company expansion strategy by searching and selecting optimum real estates and business surfaces for rent or suitable plot for purchase;
• Prepare preliminary project analysis, including potential evaluation with a rough cost analysis and drives projects approval in a timely and conscientious manner;
• Consider local direct competitors when assessing the respective location;
• Clarify property ownership conditions and conducts negotiations with the landlord and/or proprietor;
• Keep informed about the current political, social, economical and cultural situation and circumstances in the country and takes them into account accordingly;
• Establish viable long-term contacts with local authorities, politicians and real estate market participants and obtains the necessary national construction permits;
• Participate in interdisciplinary projects and working groups as part of expansion planning process;
• Prepare reports on the status and progress of operational activities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree in Economics, Legal Studies, Real Estate or other relevant;
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the field of real estate's management in Retail / FMCG industries or a similar area;
• Excellent knowledge of the real estate market with ability to structure real estate transactions;
• Good knowledge of the Law of territory planning / plot parameters / cadaster;
• Experience in Project Management;
• Pro-active attitude, self-driven and able to set and chase ambitious goals;
• Assertiveness with excellent negotiation and stakeholders' management skills;
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with conceptual thinking;
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask under pressure;
• Trustworthy and outspoken personality with eagerness to constantly learn and improve;
• Highly proficient in MS Office;
• Excellent language skills in English and/ or good command of German language;
• Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
