We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional to join DSK Bank’s Information Technology Division as

Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer (CIO)

As one of the largest and most reputable financial institutions in Bulgaria and part of the OTP Group, DSK Bank is a leader in digital transformation, innovation, and technology-driven banking solutions.

The IT Division plays a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s digital strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and driving modernization across systems and processes.

This position is key to the smooth and efficient functioning of the CIO’s office and involves direct support for a wide range of strategic, technical, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CIO.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the CIO, internal technology teams, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and timely coordination.
  • Prepare and edit technical reports, project documentation, and executive presentations (primarily in PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Organize and coordinate IT governance meetings, strategic reviews, and key project milestones.
  • Support the tracking of digital transformation initiatives, IT budgets, and vendor management processes.
  • Assist with data analysis, research, and preparation of materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential records, project dashboards, and documentation in alignment with IT governance standards.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, events, and team communications for the CIO’s office.
  • Handle sensitive and strategic information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Undertake additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by the CIO or senior technology leadership.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong technical literacy and understanding of IT concepts, systems, and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; experience with SharePoint, MS Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bulgarian.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and ethical standards.
  • Prior experience in a similar executive assistant or coordination role within a technology, banking, or corporate environment is considered a strong advantage.
