Executive Support Responsibilities:
- Provide daily executive support to the CEO and the Deputy CEO, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, expense tracking, as well as various ad hoc tasks.
- Oversee the management and reporting of Euro-funded projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our contracted travel agencies, ensuring smooth arrangements and effective communication.
- Manage corporate airline accounts and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Communicate with banks regarding employee accounts, ensuring proper access rights and smooth account management.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Manage employee social benefits and maintain effective communication with providers.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and facilitate ongoing development initiatives.
- Maintain and update the company’s website team page.
- Curate and support content for the company’s career-focused social media channels.
- Coordinate the Summer Internship Program from planning to execution.
- Plan and organize team-building events that strengthen culture and collaboration.
- Participate in the planning and execution of HR-focused trade shows and career events.
