Equipment Supply Chain Specialists manage the day-to-day operations related to on-time equipment deliveries from the central European warehouse to the county warehouse and then final delivery to the end customer. They are responsible of keeping a clean order flow for printer devices as well as third party software, hardware, and licensing. Among their responsibilities we can also include delivering and analyzing custom reports and system housekeeping.

Responsibilities:
- Handle questions or queries from (internal) customers within agreed response time, to ensure KPI’s are
- Actively participate with the Customer Service Team to commit to all the above and ensure
- Ensure that the delivery and/or collection of devices are well coordinated with customers and LSPs
- Maintain a pro-active approach to support the (internal) customers and meet their requirements with
- Back-Office activities; clean-up work queues, monitor discrepancies, follow up with LSP (Logistic Service
- Raise system tickets when issue(s) cannot be solved.
- Act to ensure KPI’s are met for all activities handled by the team.
- Escalate on time to Team Leader, Team Manager, CLM (County Logistics Manager), LSP (Logistics
- Raise complaints towards LSP (Logistics Service Provider) /carriers.
- Advise alternatives solutions to operations teams (sales, engineers…etc.)
- Liaise with Order entry & Order to cash (OTC) teams to create purchase orders for device delivery and
- Monitor part allocation data to coordinate shipping and receiving dates, ensure on-time allocations of
- Monitor local stock and liaise order creation to ensure total country inventory is kept to a minimum.
- On-time order creation of SO (Sales Order) into PO (Purchase Order) to enable / arrange on-time
- Monitoring local inventory and follow-up.
- Monitor XSAP/ ESAP (Enterprise Resource Planning System)/Legacy system working queues to clear
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional reports to senior management for historical analysis, account
- Provide best effort and cooperative spirit on special projects outside regular account responsibilities
- Participate in business meetings and general inputs in day-to-day improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong English and German languages required.
- Bachelor's degree/High school diploma plus relevant work (Customer Service / Logistics background).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- See connections and determine impact in the different steps in a Supply Chain, and notify
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experienced in Customer Service Environment / Customer Orientated.
- Team Player, networker.
