For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for – Entry-Level Medical Technical Assistant with Hebrew and English (Remote).

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and emails related to medical devices and services;
• Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting;
• Handle customer inquiries and forward complex cases when required;
• Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system;
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution;
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Hebrew and very good English skills;
• Previous experience in customer support or a call center role is a plus;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to handle technical inquiries and provide clear guidance;
• Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare technologies is an advantage;
• Proficiency in using customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
