We are currently assisting them in recruiting Junior Professionals to kick-start their careers as:

Entry-level Accounts Payable Specialists

Key responsibilities will include:

• Accurate and compliant processing of incoming supplier invoices, regarding internal policies and tax regulations;
• Performing invoice matching against corresponding purchase orders and goods receipts;
• Maintaining consistent communication with vendors to effectively resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues;

In addition, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expertise with the SAP S/4HANA system.

Essential requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a University degree in Accounting and Control, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related economic specialty;
• Knowledge of accounting principles and rules;
• Advanced MS Excel skills;
• Very good command of the English language (B2 or a higher level);

Advantages which are not mandatory:

• Good command of the German language (B1 level or a higher level);
• Some experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred).
