For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Enterprise Travel Consultant with German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and organize all corporate travel arrangements, including the booking of flights,

accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless coordination;

• Provide tailored travel solutions that meet clients' corporate policies, requirements, and

preferences, while optimizing their travel experience;

• Advise clients on the most cost-effective and time-efficient travel options, balancing quality

and budget;

• Handle all aspects of travel booking, including modifications, cancellations, and changes,

while ensuring minimal disruption to clients' plans;

• Offer support during travel-related issues or emergencies, promptly resolving any

disruptions that may arise;

• Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are

met with consistent professionalism;

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations within the travel

industry to offer clients the most current solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch or German and English, ensuring clear

communication with diverse clientele;

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for

effectively addressing complex client needs;

• At least two years of relevant work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or related

industries, with preference given to candidates with experience in these fields;

• Familiarity with various Travel Global Distribution Systems (GDS), such as Amadeus,

Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, or Apollo, is highly valued;

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office programs, and the ability to

efficiently manage data and communications;

• A customer-centric approach, dedicated to providing outstanding service and building long-

term client satisfaction;

• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while

ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
