Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls in English to potential clients worldwide
• Communicate via WhatsApp Business (text & voice)
• Conduct video calls to explain services and build rapport
• Confidently showcase company services to drive client interest
• Keep client records updated in Zoho CRM and follow up regularly
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in team training and continuous development

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent English (spoken and written), C1 level or higher preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Confident, professional phone presence with a persuasive tone
• Comfortable using digital tools, including WhatsApp and video conferencing
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Adaptable, coachable, and open to ongoing feedback and development
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C telesales/telemarketing
