We are urgently hiring English Customer Support Representative for our client to handle customer requests.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in a comprehensive, fully paid training program
• Provide support to customers primarily via chat
• Navigate multiple computer screens to assist customers efficiently
• Recommend new products or services based on customer needs

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Be fluent in English (C1 level)
• Be available to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, including late and night shifts
• Have the ability to represent our client’s products and deliver outstanding customer service with clarity, passion, and enthusiasm
• Possess basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a call center or in customer sales and service is advantageous
