This mixed position is perfect for an experienced software developer ready to start leading a micro team of professionals. Communicating with different stakeholders and completing end-to-end projects is an essential skill. Mentoring and helping other developers in the team in their work is an important aspect of the role as well.

We will be happy to meet if you:

• Handle the human side of software development
• Lead and guide a micro team of professionals, achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results
• Communicate and structure daily tasks to the team
• Mentor and empower the team of professionals
• Communicate and collaborate with the Product Owners in achieving the company vision
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in software development
• Object-oriented programming skills (PHP 8)
• Knowledge in RDBs (PgSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with MVC frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Experience with Composer and Git
• Some scaling techniques
