The specific position, which we are looking for is Employer Branding & CSR Communications expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage Campaigns: Create and execute creative communication strategies that position the bank as both a preferred employer and a socially responsible organization
• Storytelling & Content Creation: Craft compelling narratives and multimedia content to highlight the bank’s employer brand, CSR initiatives, and success stories across social media, career pages, press releases, and other communication channels
• Media Relations & Outreach: Develop press materials, coordinate media engagement, and proactively pitch stories about CSR achievements and employer branding campaigns to media outlets
• Event Planning & Representation: Organize and represent the bank at industry events, job fairs, CSR activities, and university engagements to promote the bank's image as a responsible employer and community partner
• Award Applications: Identify relevant employer branding and CSR awards, prepare compelling applications, and coordinate submissions to showcase the bank’s leadership in these areas.
• Brand & CSR Advocacy: Act as a strategic advisor for internal teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in brand messaging and CSR communication efforts
• Data-Driven Communication: Analyze brand perception metrics, campaign outcomes, and media engagement to inform future strategies
• Impact Reporting: Communicate CSR outcomes and employer branding successes through engaging internal and external reports, highlighting the bank’s social, environmental, and employment impact
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal departments and external organizations to deliver impactful CSR campaigns and employer branding initiatives aligned with the bank's mission
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with media, universities, community organizations, and industry partners to amplify communication efforts and brand presence

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Growth mindset and team player attitude
• Previous work experience in a similar role – at least 2 years, preferably in outsourcing, finance and accounting, banking or professional services
• Ability to create and deliver compelling presentation that effectively communicates information and ideas.
• Proven track record in implementing CSR initiatives
• Proven track record in creating, maintaining and follow up of employer branding campaigns
• Excellent written communication in both English (B2 level is a must) and Bulgarian language
• Very good interpersonal skills, preferably polished through previous interactions with both internal and external customers
• University degree
