For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Employee Services Operations Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Employee Services Operations Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for employee HR requests, ensuring timely and high-quality support;
- Resolve inquiries using HR systems, knowledge tools, and self-service solutions, escalating
- Manage core employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding;
- Maintain accurate employee and organizational data across HR systems;
- Coordinate onboarding tasks with internal teams to deliver a smooth employee start;
- Contribute to process improvements and HR system automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or an administrative HR role;
- University degree or equivalent qualification;
- Strong German and English skills (B2–C1 level);
- Customer-focused mindset with clear and professional communication skills;
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and work collaboratively.
