We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great HR team. He/she will play a key role in designing and implementing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, with a strong emphasis on streamlining HR processes and driving digital transformation. He/She will work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership to create a seamless, engaging, and human-centered experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

MAIN CHALLENGES:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and performance
  • Evaluate, optimize, and digitalize HR processes (Performance Management, Succession Planning and Recognition Awards) to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience
  • Act as a champion for the adoption of HR technologies and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Use data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in employee experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align employee experience initiatives with company culture and values
  • Support change management efforts and communication strategies related to new HR initiatives and platforms.


THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Professional experience in employee engagement as an HR Business Partner or HR Data Analyst role, or a related field (typically 3+ years)
  • Relevant background in HR process improvement, change management and digital transformation
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and other HR technology preferably specifically in the field of Performance Management and Succession Planning. Relevant experience with surveying platforms, methodologies and reporting
  • Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a people-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience in Project management and/or Data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel) would be an advantage.
