For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Email-Based Gaming Support Specialist with Polish and English (day/later shifts).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality email support to gaming customers, resolving inquiries and
- Maintain a positive and helpful tone while interacting with players, ensuring a high level of
- Analyze and identify customer problems, escalating complex issues to the relevant internal
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of player concerns and to
- Continuously update and maintain knowledge of gaming products, policies, and industry
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Polish (C1 level) and English (B2 level) with excellent written communication skills in both languages;
- Strong interest in gaming and a good understanding of common gaming platforms and systems;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-
- Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the gaming or tech industry;
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including day and later shifts, depending on the needs
