For one of our clients, we are looking for an Email Automation & Client Communication Manager - a highly detail-oriented and process-driven professional responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing all client email communications across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated email workflows based on user actions and system events (registration, deposit, withdrawal, activity, loss, disputes, and more)
  • Define clear logic for every scenario:What triggers the email
  • When it should be sent
  • What content should be included
  • Conditions and restrictions (timing, user status, risk flags, etc.)
  • Create and maintain professional, clear, and user-friendly email templates
  • Collaborate with product, risk/compliance, and marketing teams
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with UX and brand tone
  • Analyze and optimize open rates and user engagement
  • Build and maintain a centralized rulebook covering all email scenarios and exceptions


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with email automation tools (CRM systems, transactional email platforms)
  • Strong logical thinking and ability to work with workflows and scenarios
  • Excellent written English – clear, professional, and concise communication
  • Experience in fintech, trading, gaming, or casino platforms is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of UX and communication timing
  • High attention to detail and structured mindset
  • Ability to design scalable, rule-based communication systems


The Offer:

  • Fully office-based working model
  • Working hours: 9:00–17:00 or 8:00–16:00 (8 hours net working time)
  • Senior-level position (minimum 3 years of experience required)
