We are currently looking for a motivated and creative eCommerce and Digital Marketing Executive to boost our online presence, enhance brand visibility, and maximize revenue. This role involves a wide range of marketing activities, from content and visual creation to website management, campaign execution and performance analysis. The overall scope of the eCommerce & Digital Strategy /Executive is to assist the Director of Revenue Management to position and promote our lovely property and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities as well as to ensure compliance with the Kempinski’s brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & manage digital paid marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Display, Social Media, Meta Search) by providing a content and visuals to a digital marketing agency.
- Manage and update social media channels as per corporate guidelines.
- Create compelling visual content (videos, reels, photos) and optimize for all platforms.
- Ensure website content is always up to date in all languages available and SEO-optimized; analyze website performance and user behavior.
- Review and maintain the hotel representation on Online Travel Agencies including content, images and review score.
- Formulate a newsletter strategy together with the other hotel teams (F&B, Spa, etc.). Actively develop the hotel’s newsletter database while ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback across various online channels, fostering a strong and positive hotel reputation.
- Produce high-quality copywriting and visual designs for restaurant, bars and spa menus, magazines, brochures, marketing flyers, press releases and other printed media, ensuring brand consistency.
- Stay updated on market trends and digital technologies through continuous learning and participate in mandatory corporate and regional web-related trainings.
- Previous experience as Content Management System usage, Web & Electronic Distribution or Digital Marketing in the hotel industry would be a strong advantage;
- Relevant experience in web, hotel operations and revenue management experience are a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Bulgarian. Additional foreign language is a plus;
- Computer literacy is a must;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A creative and proactive persona;
- Passion for delivering a bespoke customer experience.
