Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the company’s online store;
- Oversee the performance and growth of the Romanian and Greek markets;
- Monitor and optimize sales performance, conversion rates, and customer experience;
- Coordinate online campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities;
- Analyze traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior;
- Manage product listings, pricing, stock availability, and website content;
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams;
- Monitor competitors and market trends;
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and online platforms.
- Previous experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role;
- Proven experience working with large online stores / e-commerce platforms;
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital sales;
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar;
- Analytical mindset and experience working with reports and KPIs;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Good command of English;
- Experience with international markets is considered an advantage.
