Our future colleague will:

• Lead the overall online commercial strategy, including sales targets, profitability, and market presence;
• Be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and development of online platforms (website, mobile application, integrations with external platforms);
• Work with IT teams and external partners to implement systems and automations that improve service speed and quality;
• Optimize UX/UI together with IT teams to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction;
• Manage the product catalog in online channels – descriptions, images, attributes, SEO optimization;
• Lead the strategic development of categories, including assortment planning, positioning, and management;
• Analyze consumer trends, market data, and competitor benchmarks to optimize product performance;
• Monitor pricing and promotional strategies;
• Track key KPIs such as conversion rate, customer retention, fulfillment accuracy, etc.;
• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing activities – performance marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing;
• Ensure seamless integration between online orders and in-store operations (picking, inventory, logistics, fiscalization);
• Manage risk and data security in online channels in compliance with GDPR and internal policies;
• Prepare regular analyses and reports on online business performance for management;
• Monitor new technologies and trends in the e-commerce sector and propose innovative solutions;
• Coordinate customer inquiries, complaints, and customer service processes in the online environment;
• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale projects from start to finish;
• Define and manage execution within established processes while helping shape and define new ones when needed;
• Act as a central coordination point between category teams and various online channels;

We are looking for a person with the following profile:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a managerial or senior position in e-commerce. Experience in the FMCG sector (fast-moving consumer goods) or online grocery trade will be considered a strong advantage;
• Understanding of backend/technical aspects to participate in technical discussions or coordinate with the appropriate teams when needed;
• Excellent understanding of business processes in online retail (from ordering and picking to delivery and fiscalization) and experience managing complex e-commerce projects end-to-end;
• Experience managing complex projects from start to finish, including timeline creation, dependency planning, and structured execution;
• Proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives with multiple cross-functional stakeholders;
• Strong proactiveness, readiness to take ownership, and ability to move things forward independently;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly define problems and solutions and bring people together effectively;
• Ability to handle ambiguity, solve problems, and maintain structure in a dynamic environment;
• Independence and organizational skills;
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
