Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly proactive and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our e-commerce initiatives from concept to execution. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills and understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with our small team, including marketing, production, IT and customer service, to deliver a seamless online shopping experience and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Management:

• Oversee the development, maintenance and optimization of our e-commerce website (Magento) incl. website upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively (orders, products).
• Ensure the integration and updates of e-commerce platforms with third-party tools, such as ERP and production platforms.
• Work with the team to support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Analytics tracking, e-mail marketing and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with logistics and operation/production teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Creation and management of promotions in Magento based on provided promo calendar

E-mail marketing, data analysis & reporting:

• Management of e-mail Marketing campaigns based on provided communications calendar in Klaviyo.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs e.g. traffic, customer journey and sales performance per category, using tools like Power BI.
• Generate regular reports on marketing and sales esp. e-mail marketing reports and promo sales
• Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of the e-commerce strategy and platform.

Project Management:

• Manage internal and external stakeholders e.g. developers and third-party vendors – e.g. SEO agency,

Innovation & Best Practices:

• Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies and best practices in e-commerce, e-mail marketing and social media
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or sales & business development.
• Proven track record of managing e-commerce projects or having significant experience in online sales.
• Experience in fashion industry is a plus
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
• Familiarity with web development processes is considered a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong proactive attitude, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
