For one of our clients – a business solutions provider that supports public and private sector organizations in improving efficiency and delivering better customer experiences, we are looking for – Dual-Language Support Specialist (French and Italian).

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and Italian;
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with communication services;
• Offer clear, accurate, and helpful information to clients in both languages;
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and find solutions;
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions;
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and Italian (both spoken and written);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is an advantage;
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle diverse customer needs;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge of communication services and tools is a plus.
