The role involves managing the distribution network, driving sales growth, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring strong brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Legrand’s brand, products, and solutions in the Bulgarian market.
- Develop and manage the national DIY & retail distribution network, identifying and onboarding new distributors.
- Oversee commercial activities and develop strategies to strengthen Legrand’s presence in DIY & retail channels.
- Collaborate on marketing plans, budget allocation, and promotional events.
- Ensure proper merchandising and coordination with distributors’ sales teams.
- Drive product sales through pricing, marketing, technical support, and communication efforts.
- Develop and execute commercial action plans.
- Work with communication specialists to implement marketing strategies.
- Assist in pricing strategies and tariff price list development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
- Regularly update the marketing team with competitor and market developments.
- Submit weekly reports and maintain accurate customer and market data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and proper handling of company assets.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in DIY & retail distribution.
- Strong knowledge of the Bulgarian market and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Experience in merchandising and retail sales management is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Bulgarian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
