DIRECTOR OF IT SERVICE AND SECURITY Dept.

This role involves leading IT operations and security teams, ensuring system resilience, availability, and continuous improvement. You will oversee team coaching, strategic process design, and technical coordination across IT and security functions. Some of your responsibilities will be related to:

• Managing IT operations and secure systems;
• Enhancing cybersecurity measures, monitoring threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities;
• Overseeing security tools and infrastructure;
• Coordinating incident response and risk mitigation strategies;
• Supporting governance, regulatory alignment, and process improvements;

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s or higher university degree in Computer Science, Information/Cybersecurity, or a related field;
• 5+ years of leadership and management experience in cybersecurity or security operations;
• Proven track record in managing security incidents and threat analysis;
• Significant expertise in IT service management, security operations, or infrastructure monitoring;
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs);
• SIEM experience: configuring correlation rules, building dashboards, and managing alerts;
• Incident Response capabilities: techniques for identifying, isolating, and mitigating security incidents;
• Previous involvement in platform optimization, cross-team alignment, or monitoring architecture;
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade monitoring, detection, and incident handling tools;
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable;
• Familiarity with enterprise frameworks (ITIL, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK);
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
