For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Digital Security and Integrity Team Leader with Polish or Greek and English (day/night shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and support team members in their professional growth;
• Lead the team through changes, focusing on critical thinking and tech skills;
• Set clear goals and work closely with the team to meet them;
• Oversee projects involving data analysis and market research;
• Turn data into practical insights and help shape team strategies;
• Communicate effectively to influence decisions and improve outcomes;
• Drive high team performance and maintain strong results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in team leadership in operations;
• Fluent in both Polish or Greek and English (spoken and written);
• Skilled in handling fast-paced projects with good organization;
• Strong analytical mindset and task management abilities;
• Confident using MS Office or Google tools;
• Positive, patient, and an encouraging leader;
• Open to working scheduled day and night shifts.
