For one of our clients, a worldwide expert in business-to-business sales support, committed to boosting growth and digital innovation through strategic planning, top-tier talent, and cutting- edge tools, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Sales Strategy Specialist with German or Italian (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement smart sales strategies to boost revenue and client satisfaction;
- Build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to drive growth;
- Consistently hit sales goals and spot new opportunities in the marketing space;
- Connect with clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings;
- Take a consultative approach — understand client needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions;
- Guide clients through available options and turn their goals into clear, actionable plans.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German or Italian, plus strong English skills — both written and spoken;
- Background in sales, customer service, or outsourcing, with a proven record of hitting targets;
- Confidence in using value-based selling techniques in a competitive market;
- Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations;
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools to manage leads and keep your pipeline flowing.
