Your Mission:

As a Digital Sales Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in driving success for our clients – small to medium-sized businesses – on behalf of a top global social media company. You’ll consult with advertisers, optimize their campaigns, and provide tailored solutions to maximize growth. With your proven sales expertise and relationship-building skills, you’ll become a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their goals.

Spirit of the Role:

• Primarily handle outbound sales calls with business customers
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Process and manage client data accurately
• Follow detailed procedures and guidelines as outlined in company documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Spanish
• Good level of English
• Previous sales experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills
• Results-driver with action orientation
