IBI Co., a licensed employment agency in Bulgaria (License No. 2981), is seeking an Online Store Support Specialist for Perfumes and Cosmetics for the market in Romania.
Position Overview:
The Online Store Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the online platform, coordinating marketing campaigns, processing orders, and handling communication with customers and partners in the Romanian market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Store Management:
Maintain up-to-date information on available products, prices, and promotions.
Add new products with descriptions and images in Romanian.
Ensure website functionality and an optimal user experience.
2. Order Processing:
Receive, process, and confirm customer orders.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and update product availability information.
3. Customer Support:
Respond to inquiries via email and chat in Romanian (in coordination with an external customer support team in Romania).
Resolve issues related to products and deliveries.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
NB! This role does NOT involve phone calls.
4. Partner Communication:
Maintain relationships with Romanian business partners.
Negotiate supply terms and pricing.
Ensure product quality and timely delivery.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare monthly reports on sales and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Romanian or English B1 (preferred but not a must).
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Prestashop, OpenCart, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce is an advantage).
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong organizational skills.
Personal Qualities:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility.
Time management and task prioritization skills.
