The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help deliver effective, results-driven digital campaigns across international markets.

If you are passionate about Digital Marketing and would like to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, communication development, and digital media planning & buying, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning, management, and reporting of paid digital marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and insights, and propose performance optimizations based on findings.
• Compile regular performance reports for stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies, assessing their potential adoption for Ficosota brands
• Work closely with marketers, content creators, influencers/agencies, designers, and developers to ensure effective campaign messaging, timing, and execution
• Support the management of the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field
• Previous experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager is preferred
• Knowledge of digital performance marketing, including planning and managing paid campaigns across social, search, and display
• Understanding of website analytics and tracking tools, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data
• Strong familiarity with leading social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
• Digital marketing courses or certifications are considered a strong advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level according to CEFR)
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Windows and MS Office
