Key Responsibilities:
- You will be creating, releasing, and monitoring content (in Bulgarian and English language) on the online channels, social media, as well as the hotel’s and restaurant’s website aligning with the company marketing objectives and target audience.
- You will analyze social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed to improve performance and return on investment (ROI).
- You will create presentations and newsletter in line with brand standards.
- You will communicate directly with guests and clients via social media channels.
- You will work closely with the sales team and the operational departments to coordinate marketing activities, photo shooting, new menus production, press release, launching promotional campaigns, etc.
- You will ensure all marketing and communications adhere to brand standards and guidelines across all forms, in print collaterals and online.
- You will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and you are ready to work on-site in the hotel.
- Fluency in spoken and written Bulgarian and English
- Able to work with graphic design software to create visuals and communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers
- Previous experience in the hotel business would be an advantage
- Creative and outgoing personality
- Organized, self-motivated, and flexible
- Team player, ready to work with different functions and ability to work autonomously as well
- Education in digital marketing is a plus
