For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Digital B2B Growth Specialist with German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored ad solutions aligned with client goals and business objectives;
• Drive revenue growth from a portfolio of SMB advertisers;
• Recommend optimizations and upsell additional products to boost campaign performance;
• Engage clients via phone and email, offering proactive support and insights;
• Build lasting, trust-based relationships to maximize client lifetime value;
• Stay up to date on digital ad tools, trends, and platform innovations.

Qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in outbound or consultative selling (Meta Ads a plus);
• Strong communicator with a goal-oriented mindset and focus on client success;
• Skilled at spotting growth opportunities and overcoming objections with ease;
• Fluent in German; very good command of English;
• Results-driven, KPI-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment;
• Quick learner, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
