Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized advertising solutions that help clients achieve their business goals;
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small-to-medium business clients, driving revenue and long- term success;
- Suggest campaign improvements and introduce additional products to maximize ad performance;
- Proactively engage clients via phone and email, offering guidance, insights, and hands-on support;
- Build strong, trust-based relationships that foster loyalty and long-term partnerships;
- Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in digital advertising to stay ahead.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in B2B sales, preferably with consultative or outbound experience;
- Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset and a track record of achieving goals;
- Skilled at identifying growth opportunities, overcoming challenges, and driving results;
- Fluent in German with strong English communication skills;
- Results-oriented, KPI-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Quick to learn, adaptable, and a collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving.
