The Digital Asset Management Specialist will ensure the effective management, governance and optimization of the company’s digital assets, providing global teams with high-quality, consistent, and easily accessible content. The role contributes to the efficiency of marketing and commercial excellence by maintaining strong metadata standards, asset management best practices, and asset lifecycle processes.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

  • Oversee and review content/assets uploaded on Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
  • Ensure high asset quality by constantly monitoring and validating asset metadata, driving standardization and best-practices, and by enforcing governance rules.
  • Take business ownership of the DAM platform by identifying and implementing process and system improvements to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and ensure seamless integration with connected tools such as PIM in close collaboration with IT and other stakeholders.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration skills to align with diverse stakeholders, including product management, global and local marketing teams and others.
  • Act as first-level support for DAM-related questions and issues, and train internal stakeholders on best-practices and new processes/workflows.
  • Drive the evolution of the DAM and related documentation processes to meet future GEO and organizational requirements, enabling structured, well-tagged content that is easily discoverable by search engines and emerging AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs).
  • Provide reporting and insights on asset usage, quality, and adoption rates


Experience that matters: Your Skills

  • 2+ years of experience managing or organizing digital content, media assets, or data systems.
  • Familiarity with content or asset management tools (e.g., DAM, CMS, or similar platforms) and an understanding of how digital assets are created, maintained, and archived.
  • Background with organizing metadata, structuring content libraries, and ensuring consistency and quality across assets.
  • Experience with implementing asset or product data systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, IT, Engineering, Marketing or similar.
  • Fluency in English
