Digital Ads Specialist, Marketing and Advertising Department, Sofia

Contribution and key responsibilities:

• Develops and implements strategies for digital advertising (performance) in Meta and Google platforms
• Plans budget distribution, sets targets, tracks and optimizes for higher business results
• Sets up new ads campaigns, writes ads copy, monitors ads performance, creates reports
• Stays on top of platform and algorithm changes, new creative and ads trends, and industry standards for best performance
• Coordinates and manages the workflow with external creative agencies
• Sets up ads accounts, monitors overall ads accounts performance and implements improvements where necessary
• Monitors competitor ads profiles
• Works closely with product owners and creative designers to deliver ads best performance results

For efficiency and effective role performance:

• Higher education – major in Marketing, Advertising, Public Communications, Master’s degree is considered an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Digital Ads Expert, Digital Media planner or similar. Experience with App campaigns is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in performance ads in Meta and Google
• Excellent knowledge of Meta and Google performance advertising media, including conversion setup, tracking and optimization
• Good organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Meta ads and Google Ads certification is a plus
