RPA Developer – Microsoft Power Platform/UiPath

Brief overview of the role:

As a RPA Developer part of the Automation Team, you will play an essential role in designing and implementing RPA that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of various processes across the Bank. As we embark on a journey of growth and transformation, we are looking for a low-code developer who can scale our automation capabilities and drive efficiency across the organization, leveraging their deep understanding of M365 Power Platform, RPA, and/or other low-code technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of RPA solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.
• Support senior RPA developers in designing automation workflows and documenting business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define automation objectives. Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Continuously optimize automation processes for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement best practices and standards to ensure the highest level of quality in automation deliverables.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills in RPA tools and technologies.

Technology:

• HTML, CSS, JS
• Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud, UiPath

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Broad knowledge in web technologies HTML, CSS, JS
• Broad knowledge of databases like SQL, Dataverse
• Minimum 1 year of experience in RPA development, preferably with Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath. Keen on automation, designing and developing automation workflows and business process modeling.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills to design effective automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
