SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in English (B1/B2 level), both written and spoken
• Strong leadership and management capabilities
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
• Experience in a similar operational or administrative role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations
• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies and improvements
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, events, and cross-departmental activities
• Manage executive and departmental calendars, resolving any conflicts efficiently
• Prioritize and track the progress of operational projects and tasks
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
• Lead or support the coordination of team members across departments
• Identify gaps in internal processes and support the implementation of solutions
