We’re looking for a confident and organised Deputy Head of Reception who will ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of care, while leading the reception team with dedication, empathy, and professionalism.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Overseeing the daily operations and processes of the reception team
• Supporting and motivating colleagues to maintain a high level of service
• Greeting patients with confidence and creating a calm, professional environment
• Handling more complex or escalated situations with empathy and assurance
• Taking part in the onboarding and training of new team members
• Monitoring and improving internal workflows for greater efficiency
• Collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient journey
