For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Delivery Support Specialist with Dutch or German or French (Remote/PTE/FTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer care via phone, email, or chat regarding shipment inquiries (delivered,

undelivered, or lost);

• Assist customers with tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner;
• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations and accurate information flow;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases in the system;
• Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction by offering clear, empathetic, and solution-

oriented support.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French and strong command of English;
• Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or a call center environment is an advantage;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection;
• Availability for part-time or full-time work on shifts – fully remote.
