For a client of ours - a leading fintech company providing cloud-based portfolio analytics software - we are searching for a Data Operations Analyst.

Main tasks:

• Maintain, update, and process market and operational data using internal tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures
• Assist in data sourcing, cleansing, validation, and basic analysis, including handling queries from business units and clients
• Generate standard reports and help prepare data presentations for stakeholders following established templates
• Collaborate on projects with global teams and contribute to process documentation and task tracking
• Monitor data flows, timelines, and schedules, escalating issues, inconsistencies, or deviations when needed
• Perform basic calculations, validations, and data filing tasks while supporting continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Economics/ Engineering
• Excellent French
• Upper-Intermediate level (or higher) of English
• One or more years of technical and data analysis work (an advantage)
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Good problem solving and time management skills
• Good communication skills
