Data and process analyst

We are currently looking for Data and process analyst in the Head Office of DSK Bank, Sofia

The primary goal of this position is to transform data into actionable insights, optimizing business processes, working with databases, creating dynamic reports and visualizations and support business decisions through high-quality analysis and data visualization.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the development of interactive visualizations and dynamic reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in process of KPIs definition and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Extract data from various sources (databases, Excel files, APIs, etc.)
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data
• Support integration of data from multiple sources into BI platforms
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Utilize expert-level knowledge of M365 solutions, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Platform
• Map and evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies, propose and implement improvements, support automation initiatives
• Monitor and report on the impact of process changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence or process improvement.
• Proven experience working with SQL databases and writing complex queries.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
• Experience in optimizing and automating workflows and building low-code/no-code solutions
