We are DENTAPRIME - Europe’s largest dental clinic that treats over 15 000 international patients in Varna and London every year. Because we continuously expand our operations, we are looking to hire a Data and Reporting Specialist to help set, monitor, and achieve the company goals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing data and tracking KPIs at company, department, and individual employee levels.

• Working on cross-functional projects, including data consolidation, error identification, trend analysis, and providing informed insights and improvement suggestions.
• Playing a key role in process changes, including evaluating current workflows and supporting the implementation of new procedures.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Ability to reliably follow and analyze large amounts of data.
• Skills to create concise and clear reports and forecasts.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Inherent responsibility, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
