For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist with Hungarian or Slovak, or Czech, or Slovenian and English.

For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist with Hungarian or Slovak, or Czech, or Slovenian and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests through phone, chat, and email with professionalism and efficiency;
- Share clear and helpful information about products and services to assist users;
- Look into customer concerns and find appropriate solutions using internal tools and guidelines;
- Keep accurate and up-to-date notes on all interactions in the system;
- Deliver a positive customer experience by being supportive, patient, and solution-oriented;
- Work closely with colleagues and other teams to ensure smooth case resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong command of Hungarian or Slovak, or Czech, or Slovenian (C1), along with solid
- Background in customer support or a similar position is a strong advantage;
- Clear, confident communication and a helpful attitude toward customers;
- Ability to navigate software tools easily and type efficiently; familiar with MS Office;
- Comfortable working with customer service platforms or help desk software;
- Careful with details, responsible, and able to stay focused on customer satisfaction.
