For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist with English (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact, supporting customers by phone, email, or social media;
• Answer questions about accounts, products, and basic technical issues in telecom services;
• Make every interaction a positive one;
• Track and follow up on open cases until resolved;
• Keep customer details up to date in the system;
• Collaborate with other teams when a case needs extra expertise.

Requirements:

• Strong English skills (spoken and written, including phone conversations);
• Clear and confident communicator, with great listening skills;
• Comfortable with social media and digital tools;
• Friendly, patient, and calm under pressure;
• Customer service or tech support background is a bonus, but not a must.
