YOUR ROLE:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers mainly over phone and email.
• Manage relationships with clients to maintain smooth and efficient logistics workflows.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
• Execute an organized and efficient working process.
• Meet targets and represent the company in a professional manner.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• English Proficiency at C1 level is a must.
• Strong problem -solving and communication skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Support or similar role would be considered a plus.
• Energetic, well organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Open to continuous learning.
